The hotel was a cozy home away from home, with spacious rooms that felt welcoming as soon as I walked in. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I had a lovely stay at this hotel with my two college daughters. The rooms were spacious and offered breathtaking views of the water, coupled with a cozy fireplace that really added to the Montauk experience. However, the check-in process could have been smoother, as we weren’t informed about the free shuttle service and the pool hours. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, with a few minor hiccups in service.

However, the Wi-Fi was unavailable during my stay which was inconvenient, and the service staff had a rather bossy attitude at times, making communication a bit frustrating. The facilities were decent but not remarkable, so overall, there's room for improvement.
