Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was a cozy home away from home, with spacious rooms that felt welcoming as soon as I walked in. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. However, the location, while beautiful, was quite isolated, and the dining options could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it provided great value for a longer vacation despite a few hiccups.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel with my two college daughters. The rooms were spacious and offered breathtaking views of the water, coupled with a cozy fireplace that really added to the Montauk experience. However, the check-in process could have been smoother, as we weren’t informed about the free shuttle service and the pool hours. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, with a few minor hiccups in service.
The hotel has a beautiful setting overlooking the ocean with nice lounge chairs for watching sunsets. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated. However, the Wi-Fi was unavailable during my stay which was inconvenient, and the service staff had a rather bossy attitude at times, making communication a bit frustrating. The facilities were decent but not remarkable, so overall, there's room for improvement.
I had a great experience at this hotel, thanks to its spacious and comfortable rooms and welcoming staff. The location was also wonderful, with stunning views and convenient shuttle service to local attractions. However, I was a bit disappointed by the dining options since there was no on-site restaurant, and the complex felt a bit isolated. Overall, it was a fantastic value for money.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with beautifully decorated rooms that were spacious and comfortable. The service was a mix of friendly yet a bit untrained, which sometimes affected my experience. The location offers great views and is perfect for beach lovers, although it's a bit further from town than I expected. Dining could use some improvement, particularly with the variety of food options, especially given the price we paid.
